Credit Report
Information indicates credit worthiness (i.e., bankruptcies, judgments, liens, debt, etc.) This is an employment credit report with social security verification.

Social Security Trace
We will trace social security number and state/date issued.

Address Verification
This Verifies addresses for past 7 years of residency.

Alias Search
We will locate any alias names associated with SSN.

Motor Vehicle Reports
We will report DUI's, accidents, points, etc... These searches are directly from the state and are up to date.

Education Verification
We will verify the degree, attendance dates, and other special requests.

Employment Verification
We will try to verify employment dates, job title, salary, reason for leaving, and eligibility for rehire.

Credential Verification
We will verify the license/credential information to see if it is valid and when it expires.

Tenant Check
We will verify last two occupancies.

Criminal Searches

County Criminal
Searches are performed directly from the county court levels. This information is usually verified by name, and date of birth. The county court information will include felony level and sometimes misdemeanor level information. If misdemeanor information is not included within the same court as the felony charges, then the highest misdemeanor court will be searched. Felony-only county courts will be noted as such on any reports.

Civil Upper/Lower
Most requests are internally clerk driven searches, either by phone or fax requests. Any search that cannot be internally processed is sent either directly out to a court retriever, state agencies may be accessed or other public sources. These sources include, but not limited to the above list. A search of both or either the high and low county seat in that particular area can be requested. Typically the information returned will include small claims, dissolution of marriage, evictions, etc...

National Database
A national database is used to search by name or name and date of birth. The database information is updated weekly, monthly or quarterly depending on each state. The information comes from either county and statewide sources or both. Indiana, Maryland, and Pennsylvania will return results based on name match only.

Statewide Database
A database is used that is searched by name or name and date of birth. The database information is updated weekly, monthly or quarterly depending on each state. The information comes from either county and statewide sources or both. Indiana, Maryland, and Pennsylvania will return results based on name match only.

Statewide Federal
The initial search is performed by name only and if there is a full name match, then the name will be verified by using the social security number of the individual through the U.S. District Attorneys Office in the jurisdiction searched. The information includes all federal district courts within that state.
